What are the various aptitude tests available? General aptitude tests measure a candidate’s basic intelligence, often in terms of verbal, non-verbal and numerical abilities.
Verbal ability: Verbal ability questions involve words and are designed to show how well you understand and deal with verbal concepts and ideas. At a general level, you will most often be asked to find a missing word and identify the odd word from amongst several.
Non-verbal ability: Non-verbal ability questions are based on symbols and are used to evaluate your ability to process data, differentiate between relevant and ire\relevant data, and to think in an abstract manner.
