In this busy world we get no time to relax. But there is a saying “Take rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop”. Usually a bath will always make us fresh and definitely a hot bath will make both our body and mind feel relaxed. You can get instant relaxation i.e. within some minutes by the use of hot tubs. A hot tub can be explained as a large home made or a manufactured or a small pool of heated water used for soaking, relaxation, massage or hydrotherapy. Hot tubs will consist of seating arrangements inside. Usually hot tubs are kept outdoors but are fixed inside the house in some rare situations. There are two styles of hot tubs namely 1) Simple wooden-staved soaking hot tubs and 2) One piece plastic tubs. The one piece plastic tubs are also called ‘SPA’. They are found to be less expensive and energy efficient than wooden hot tubs. Usually hot tubs come in two ways single and multiple. In single hot tubs only one person can get soaked in the hot tub. In multiple hot tubs more people can sit depending upon the capacity of the tub. These hot tubs can be heated using electric, natural gas or solar heaters. Draining and cleaning of hot tubs is very important as many micro organisms thrive in a warm, wet environment easily. Hot tubs help people living in cold and white-covered landscapes to get a hot soak instantly. Usually, children like hot tub soaking and they won’t easily get out of the tub, as children like to settle in warm up places. But we should be aware of the heat as the water should be within the soaking temperature. It will be a joyful experience in hot tubs with our family, getting a warm soaking on weekends.
